Your application and CV are stored privately in Supabase for authorised lab2sky reviewers. OpenAI processes your answers and CV for a preliminary professional assessment. Public research uses only the professional links you provide and your name to distinguish the correct profile. Staff receive a summary by email through Resend.
We retain your talent-network record for up to 12 months, then remove it from the active system. To correct or withdraw an application, email [email protected] from your verified address with your reference. Provider records, backups and emails may follow separate retention terms. We do not use your application for marketing or send it to analytics.
